**Responsibilities:**
• Provide compassionate therapeutic services to residential patients, including both group and individual counseling using an approved curriculum.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings and ensure regulatory compliance with governing bodies like DBHS, RBHA, OBHL, and CFR.
• Offer ongoing support and consultation to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
• If independently licensed, provide clinical supervision to licensed staff.
**Requirements:**
• Education & Experience: Masters Degree in a behavioral health-related field with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse treatment.
• Professional License: Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor).
