Purchasing Coordinator – Procure-to-Pay Operations
Are you an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator with experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) operations? We’re seeking a proactive and highly motivated Purchasing Coordinator to support global procurement processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in vendor transactions. This role is essential for driving on-time payments, reducing "After the Fact PO’s" (ATF), and improving overall compliance within the procurement function.
What You’ll Do :
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on behalf of business and functional teams.
Ensure PRs are submitted before service starts or goods are received.
Verify and correct coding on PRs to align with company guidelines.
Contact and follow up with vendors for onboarding and compliance with invoicing requirements.
Monitor and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure sufficient funding, escalating as needed.
Provide timely support and resolution for ad-hoc procurement issues.
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2–3 years of experience in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) space .
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) .
Hands-on experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, Oracle, iSupplier, Zendesk, Tableau .
1 years of experience in P2P transactional processes .
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills, working with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively and set clear expectations with business partners.
Highly organized , capable of managing a high volume of requests while tracking and prioritizing effectively.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with an operational mindset .
Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.

Pay Details : $27.50 per hour
