- What You Will Need :
- Education :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience :
- 3-5 years in a quality department within a medical device OEM or contract manufacturer in an ISO-registered environment.
- Certifications :
- ISO 13485 : 2016 Auditor Training Certificate preferred; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
- Mechanical Skills :
- Hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, and assembly operations.
- Expertise :
- Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Quality Knowledge :
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 : 2015; knowledge of ISO 13485 : 2016 preferred.
- Analytical Skills :
- Familiarity with process capability and its impact on production.
- Problem Solving :
- Proficiency in techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D.
- Self-Motivation :
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a satellite operation.
- Communication :
- Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills.
- Ownership :
- High accountability for quality outcomes and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 : 2016 and ISO 9001 : 2015 standards, maintaining the highest quality levels.
- Enhance Processes :
- Analyze and improve process capability to elevate production quality.
- Resolve Issues :
- Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and effectively address quality challenges.
- Independent Management :
- Oversee quality processes independently, demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.
- Collaborate :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory standards are met during product development.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Champion quality initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Utilize GD&T Expertise :
- Ensure proper product specifications and tolerances are upheld through expert application of GD&T.
