Adecco Medical and Science is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team in Washington, DC for a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT role. Key Responsibilities :
Administer radiation therapy under physician supervision, ensuring patients’ physical and emotional needs are met.
Maintain accurate treatment records and perform quality assurance checks on equipment.
Prepare patients for procedures and administer necessary treatments.
Provide excellent guest and staff relations.
Requirements :
ARRT Radiography Certification (required)
1-2 years clinical experience (preferred, but new grads are welcome)
B.S. in Radiation Technology (preferred)
Must sign a 12-month retention agreement (new hires will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days)
Schedule & Benefits :
Flexibility with start / end times; rotating on-call shifts (approx. 30-minute callback)
Salary : $43.05 / hr. (0 years) to $57.86 / hr. (10 years)
20-30 days PTO, 9 paid holidays, and a $10K sign-on bonus
