Adecco Healthcare is searching for a
- Resident Care Manager
- to become part of our client's _Transitional Care Service_ team in
- Everett, WA
- 98208. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
- 45-$60 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on Bonus : $5,000
- Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- As needed coverage for other shifts
- Job Summary
- Assist with planning and delivering ongoing staff education, including conducting orientation for new employees.
- Leverage strong communication skills to act as a liaison between teams.
- Ensure all Infection Control measures and trainings are implemented to prevent potential exposure risks.
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator in maintaining high-quality care for all residents.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the DON or Administrator.
- Qualifications
Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role)
Demonstrated professional stability : _ Preference for candidates with 2 years in recent roles.
