Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance team in Ridgefield, NJ.
The successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of USP, EU and ISO regulations and a proven track record in quality control microbiology with 6-10 years of experience.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52.00 to $53.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
As a Senior Microbiologist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direction and mentoring junior analysts
- Reviewing, authoring and executing Micro-validation studies
- Mentoring and educating junior analysts on lab operations and testing
- Ensuring compliance with all cGMP standards, safety and environmental regulations and company SOPs
- Participating in Change Control meetings as the Microbiology Subject Matter Expert
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate effectively with personnel and between departments
- Work independently and make sound judgments from data
- Develop and implement high-level projects
- SUPPORT REGULATORY, THIRD PARTY AND INTERNAL AUDITS WHEN REQUIRED
