Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metal Estimator
We are seeking a skilled estimator specializing in structural steel and miscellaneous metal projects. Client values quality, safety, and innovative design. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents thoroughly.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, detailers, and subcontractors to ensure precision in estimates and bid proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date pricing databases for materials and labor.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations for clients.
Qualifications:
- Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of estimating experience specifically in structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Compensation: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
