What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Abuse Treatment Program Director position at Adecco US, Inc.?
The Program Director will oversee the successful operation of Longleaf Recovery-Huntsville (Primary substance use disorder).
They'll support the treatment program's goal to maintain exceptional standard of care and integrity. The Program Director will promote use of best practices, staff competency, and quality of care as well as ensure all operational aspects support effective service delivery.
- Education / Experience :
- Master's degree in related human services field or equivalent work experience. The equivalent of five years of experience operating behavioral health / substance user disorder programs (Preferred).
- Previous experience involving supervisory responsibility is desirable.
