Adecco is assisting a local Air Quality District in their search for a Survey Coordinator Technician. This position is a seasonal/part-time position, 20-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Job Description
Under the supervision of District Staff, the Survey Coordinator Technician will be primarily driving and surveying the local area for smoke and unapproved fires in accordance with the Wood Burning Curtailment Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Available to work early morning and late evenings (split shift)
- Attend city council meetings and staff meetings as needed
- Help enforce the city's mandatory woodstove curtailment ordinance with district staff
- Issue educational materials and warnings in accordance with grant plans, rules, and policies
Notable Qualifications:
- Prior or similar experience is a plus
- Familiarity with computer systems and office equipment
- Highly detailed and accurate reporting
- Ability to drive in icy/snowy conditions
- Carrying up to 50 lbs
- Inspection and excellent customer service
