**Job Description**
We are seeking an Electrical Technician with expertise in VFD systems to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with VFD systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- VFD System Installation: Install and commission VFD systems following safety standards and operational specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on VFD systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients regarding VFD systems.
- System Upgrades: Assist in system upgrades and modifications integrating new technologies and enhancements as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed including system configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting steps.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with VFD systems including ABB, Siemens, and Rockwell Automation.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, VFD technology, and related components. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and manuals.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical systems or VFD technology are preferred.
- Education: Technical diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
