Job Title : Trainer – Ross Distribution Center
Job Summary :
The Trainer is responsible for facilitating training programs in the Distribution Center, focusing on improving job knowledge, productivity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver training and demonstrations as per the Training Manager’s guidelines.
Conduct new hire orientations and refresher courses.
Organize training supplies and evaluate trainee performance.
Assist in developing training materials and serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas.
Qualifications :
Strong English communication skills and experience presenting to groups.
Proficient in Word and Math, with the ability to motivate and document trainee performance.
Preferred : Knowledge of DC merchandise flow, previous training experience, and bilingual skills.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
Regular attendance is essential.

Pay Details : $19.00 per hour
