What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRAINER position at Adecco US, Inc.?
Adecco is hiring immediately for a Trainer in Katy, TX. While working as a Trainer for Adecco, you will earn $19.25 / hour other great benefits! This is a 2nd shift position Monday through Friday from 2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm (some OT may be required).
Essential Functions :
Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainees hands-on execution of required job skills
Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes.
Prepare for training sessions by organizing all necessary supplies and setting up practice training labs, merchandise, and training scenarios
Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content. Such as : PIT, NHO, Safety Training, etc.
Use Engineered Standard operating procedures to evaluate the trainees ability to perform, retain, and execute covered information through hands on demonstration
Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainees progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc.
Experience :
Administrative experience needed
Customer Service experience
Sales experience a plus
