York, PA - Medical Manufacturer in need of an Account Maintenance Specialist, 1st shift, 8a-4 : 30p, Temp to Hire for the right candidate! Pay rate $18.00. Interview required, must pass screening requirements / have HS Diploma. Please provide updated resume. Role is not a remote position. Must have ability to report to the office daily.
The Account Maintenance role would require data entry, transferring of data into new systems. Temp to Hire Role!
Duties :
- Handling all direct and indirect account matching.
- Account change requests / updates, new account set-op.
- Data Audits
- Maintenance of Client file / info.
- Updating addresses not found / return mailings.
- Works with Divisional / Corp with customer systems to perform tasks, as needed.
- Learns product line / info.
- Provides input on Quality changes needed.
- Team-Player, supports team projects.
- Will use these systems : Salesforce, OBIEE, AX, AS400, SAP, Zuora.
Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
