What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Therapists position at Adecco USA?
We are seeking Residential Clinicians to join our awarded non-profit faith based organization! This position will specifically be working with children and adolescents.
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm or 9am-6pm (may be open to part-time opportunities)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct engaging intake assessments
- Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions.
- Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files.
- Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.
- Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics.
- Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals.
- Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.
- Coordinate client transfers / discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care.
- Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team.
