What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefit & Compensation AVP position at Adecco USA?
We're looking for a HR Benefits & Compensation Manager to oversee our leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance processes while ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do :
Manage time & attendance administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor management
Oversee FMLA, PFL, and leave-of-absence processes
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Coordinate audits, control testing, and special projects
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
5 years of experience in attendance & benefits administration
Strong knowledge of CA, NY & IL employment laws
Bilingual in English & Mandarin required
HR certifications (CEBS, CCP, SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
