About the Role :
As an Estimator , you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and detailed cost estimates for large-scale, complex construction projects. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team, analyze project requirements, and ensure competitive, well-structured bids. This is a high-impact position that requires sharp analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do :
Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents
Evaluate material vendors and subcontractor quotes for optimal pricing
Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and construction budgets
Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies
Stay up-to-date with innovative construction techniques and market trends
Negotiate project terms with developers, architects, and engineers
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 5 years in construction project estimation
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Skills :
Proficiency in estimating software & MS Office Suite
Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
