About our Client

Innovative technology company specializing in advanced semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Installation & Maintenance :

  • Install and set up equipment at customer sites
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently
  • Conduct system upgrades and modifications as needed

Troubleshooting & Repair :

  • Lead complex troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
  • Analyzes and improves system performance using advanced diagnostic techniques
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams when necessary

    • Customer Support & Training :

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on equipment operation
  • Train customer personnel and colleagues (when necessary) on proper maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams
  • Act as a technical resource for junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship

    • Documentation & Reporting :

  • Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for all customer interactions
  • Provide feedback to engineering and relevant product teams on recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standard

    • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of semiconductor equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and systems
  • Proficiency in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, when needed (domestic and international)

    • Additional Remarks

  • Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role)
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting to the customer site and company locations as needed
