Adecco Staffing is hiring for a national manufacturing company in Andover! We are searching for a qualified Lead Generation Specialist. This is a Contract role with a set end date.

Hours : 8 : 30AM-5 : 30PM, Monday-Friday (hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 from home)

Pay : $35-$38.50 / hr DOE

Summary

Our North America organization is seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our lead-to-sales funnel by qualifying leads and ensuring only high-quality prospects reach our sales team.. Your primary responsibility will be to contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns by phone, assess their readiness to buy, and qualify them to a sales level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification : Contact leads generated from digital marketing campaigns via phone, email, or other channels to determine their level of interest, readiness to buy, and suitability based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including detailed call notes, status updates, convert CRM tasks into leads.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams : Work closely with sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback on the marketing and quality and performance of lead-generation campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking : Track key performance metrics such as contact rate, qualification rate, and lead-to-sales conversion rate, regularly reporting on the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' experience with customers service, sales, or inside sales.
  • Experience working closely with sales team
  • Experience in a lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing role.
  • Experience conducting outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and lead management workflows.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including lead journeys.

    Pay Details : $35.00 to $38.50 per hour
