Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time National Field Support Manager. The Field Support Manager will provide technical support, service, and training for water heating systems across their assigned territory (west coast). They will ensure the systems work effectively, train field technicians, and support product improvement efforts.Visit customer sites to repair and service water heating systems.Provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phone.Write detailed reports on system performance and issues.Train and mentor new technicians to develop their skills.Work closely with engineering teams to test and improve products.Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.Perform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installations.Must have : Ability to travel 75% of the time5 years of technical experience in water heaters, plumbing, HVAC, or similar products.Experience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping).Customer service and field support experience.Familiarity with PLCs, building integration systems, and national / state codes.Technical certifications preferred (e.g., EPA608, NATE).
