We are a leading software company focused on the excavation industry, helping estimating teams around the world save time, improve accuracy, and enhance project profitability for over 35 years. We're looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic, innovative team based in Rochester, NY .
What You'll Be Doing :
- Use phone, email, and remote access to support our CAD and PDF-based excavation takeoff software
- Train new and existing users on the application via MS Teams
- Support the rollout of new features to our growing subscriber base
- Collaborate with our development team to define and prioritize new features
- Assist in creating new training content
