The primary responsibilities of this role are to review brokerage financial transactions related to DAC / RAP and Trades Done Away to ensure delivery instructions, settlement timeframes, and funds availability are in good order. The candidate will be responsible for :
Our ideal candidate must have / must be able to :
- Entering Trade Settlement Instructions received from Merrill Branch Office personnel
- Sending, receiving, and completing Letters of Free Funds (LOFF) utilizing trading information and funding availability
- Approve settlement transactions based on funding / asset availability
- Research availability of funds to complete payment requests
- Help resolve any unsettled or unmatched transactions by communicating with all impacted stakeholders
- Assist team members in other functions as volumes dictate
- Providing assistance with various reporting responsibilities
- Providing subject matter expertise and service to Client Associates / Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers regarding supported processes
