We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior HIM Manager to join our healthcare team in Greencastle, IN.
Competitive Salary: $80,000-$89,000 annually!
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends!
Education:
RHIA or RHIT certification preferred
Bachelors Degree - HIM Management or related field.
Leadership experience
What will you do:

What will you do:
- Organize, oversee, and protect patient health information data which includes symptoms, diagnoses, medical histories, test results, and procedures.
- Implement health information systems and processes to ensure the complete and accurate documentation of medical records.
- Work with various medical staff, including nurses and doctors, to improve the quality and accuracy of patient data.
- Code (or collaborate with coders) to ensure secure and bug-free systems for managing health information.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the health information department, techniques, and processes comply with guidelines set out by the American Health Information Management Association, or AHIMA (as well as federal and state laws).
