We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead product/process development projects from inception through prototype to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will create, document, and enhance the manufacturing process while ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product/process development projects from conception to completion
- Create, document, and maintain the manufacturing process
- Ensure SOPs are followed throughout the production process
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in metallurgy, materials science, or chemistry
- Experience/exposure to aerospace components investment castings
- Additive manufacturing experience, including single crystal/equiax crystal
- Interest in pursuing a career path within the investment casting industry
- Foundry experience, with a preference for the aerospace industry
