Key Tasks:
- Manage product and process development projects, from conception to production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in metallurgy, materials science, or chemistry.
- Experience with aerospace components investment castings.
- Additive manufacturing exposure, including single crystal/equiax crystal.
- Strong interest in the investment casting industry.
