What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Manager position at AdeccoUSA?
We are recruiting for a Quality Manager with with 5 years experience in a quality role in industrial products or automotive component manufacturing .
Specifically, this position will :
- Ensure customer specifications are met, and, when defects arise get to the root cause of the defect and ensure future specifications are met
- Facilitate customer performance reports and present findings and make recommendations for quality improvements
- Implement inspection and sampling techniques, quality plans, flow diagrams, control plans, and in-process control procedures to ensure finished products meet customer requirements and ensure documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 specifications .
- Analyze non-conformance reports and recommend process or product improvements to address root causes and enhance quality performance.
- Utilize quality tools to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure training and compliance in quality systems
- Work with cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality standards are met
