SEASONAL EMPLOYEMENT(1-2months)

Start Times(No Flexibility):

CYCLE1(10hr shift/$24 an hour) 10:00am to 9:00pm(End time varies depending on route size, location, weather, traffic, etc.)

CYCLE2(8hr shift/$25 an hour) 1:00pm to 9:00pm (End time varies depending on route size, location, weather, traffic, etc.)

Looking for Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat with OT available.

Normal work week is 4 -10hour shifts or 5 - 8hour shifts

Starting Pay: $24 with bonuses, incentives, and quarterly reviews for raises

Current Delivery Area: Blaine/Andover/Ham Lake/ Oak Grove/ Northern Cities

Adeeye Delivery Services is looking to hire Full Time or Part Time Delivery driver, with strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries in the Centerville area. (CDL licensing not required). We are located at the DMS6 Station and start work here in the van parking lot each day.

You will go through a 2-Day PAID TRAINING and once the class is passed you will then go on a ride-along with an experienced driver to learn hands on and then will be on your own. You will start out with a Nursery route which will be 50% of a full route to ease you into the full aspect of the job.

This can vary within 1hr depending on weather conditions and many other factors. There is no flexibility in the day of work as each shift is scheduled to be completed in 10hrs and start at a specific time(NO FLEXIBILITY). We can be flexible with the days you want to work but when it comes to being part-time that only means the amount of days you work but NOT the amount of hours you are scheduled each day.

We are looking for people who have a sense of urgency, ability to overcome daily challenges both on the road and with technology you use for the day which is a phone with an app that you use to make deliveries.

Each day consists of you getting a bag with Phone,Key,Gas Card, and Charger. You will then load your packages out at the Station, then the route will be generated for you to start following the GPS to each delivery location, follow customer notes and make many people happy when delivering their awaited package(s). An average day consists of 160-180 stops and over 300 packages. To be successful at the job, doing 20 stops per hour is the key to success.
