- Clinical Shift Schedule : 40 hours per week; varying between 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
- On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month (option to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday shift every 3 months in place of one call option).
- Call Type : Supervision-based anesthesia (independent at Nampa location).
- Call Ratio : Maximum 4 : 1 supervision ratio.
