Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, treat, counsel and prescribe medications for patients as needed.
- Provide physical examinations and other general services
- Record a summary in each patient's medical chart after each consultation.
- Make referrals to medical or clinical specialists when necessary.
- Responsible for providing accurate prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Responsible for the improvement in patient health and quality of life.
- Independently resolves daily medical issues.
- Ensure guidance is received on policy or exceptional situations.
- May provide medical supervision to other clinical staff.
- Any other duties as assigned.
