The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have a strong commitment to patient education and comfort. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including but not limited to prosthodontics, dental extractions, and oral surgery. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Execute a variety of dental procedures including prosthodontics, dental extractions, and oral surgeries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
- Utilize dental software systems for patient management and record keeping.
- Manage children in a non traumatic manner. Refer when appropriate.
- Oversee the fabrication of dental appliances as needed.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of medical records management.
- Familiarity with prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication techniques is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $216,633.00 - $237,843.00 per year
