Position Overview
This position reports to the Sr Director of Product & Client Success; Technical Account Managers (or TAMs) at Adelaide manage the setup and maintenance of measurement across Adelaide campaign executions.
We’re seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations or Media Analytics
In this role, you will be joining the Technical Account Management team. You’ll be responsible for measurement setup and maintenance throughout the campaign life-cycle . Day-to-day activities range from sanity checking attention measurement against all channels, troubleshooting when issues arise, assessing measurement capabilities with new partners, and instructing teams on Adelaide tools like Campaign Manager, Adelaide’s Self-Service Tagging Tool.
[HYBRID OPTION] This hybrid role is based in our New York office and ideally involves 2-3 days per week on-site, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

- Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity
- Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams.
- Support on integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve specific nuance and debugging of Javascript & HTML
- Train both internal and external teams to utilize Adelaide’s Self-Service Tagging Tool.
- Analyzing granular measurement based data to help improve upon our tracker development and implementation
