As the first point of contact for our residence, in this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, mail and packages and assisting the residences with any inquiries they may have. Compensation:$23 per hour
Responsibilities:- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Utilize basic computer skills to input and retrieve guest information
- Basic Computer Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
- Administrative Experience
- Customer Database Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- US Work Authorization
