Fulltime Physical Therapy Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Physical Therapists to develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Assist in evaluating the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current VA State PTA License.
- Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred.
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Minimum of one-year experience in an acute care facility, outpatient setting, community health service or Home Health agency in the past two years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) preferred.
