Clinical Shift Schedule : FullTime 8A 6P 4 x 10hour shifts per week (Must be flexible on days)

Patient Demographics : Adults
Patient Volume / Census : 26 per day in OR 1425 per day in Endoscopy
Case Mix : OR and Endoscopy (No heads hearts OB or PEDS)
FACILITY INFORMATION
No. of Beds in Department : 185
EMR System : Epic
Specialty Backup Available : 1 Anesthesiologist per 4 CRNAs
Support Staff Available : CRNA team with anesthesiologist supervision
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
Temporary Privileges Available : Yes (60 days for temps 90 days for full privileges)
Credentialing Timeline : 6090 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses : Active IL State License (Will consider unlicensed candidates if they apply within 2 weeks of offer acceptance; start date 90 days out)
Board Certification : NBCRNA Required
Certifications : BLS DEA Illinois CSR
Experience : Minimum 2 years required
Other Qualifications : Experience with Epic EMR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia care for OR and Endoscopy procedures
Work under the supervision of an anesthesiologist (1 anesthesiologist per 4 CRNAs)
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal care
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and credentialing requirements
Perform preoperative and postoperative anesthesia care as needed
