Ave. of 7 cases (Surgery Center) 23 Main OR 16 (Endo)
Case Mix :
Complete Ortho / Complex Vascular Head Spine Neuro OB Pediatric Regional & Thoracic.
OB : covered by OB specific CRNAs so there wont be much if any.
Required Procedures :
General Anesthesia (Adult & Trauma)
Anesthesia : Spinal EpiduralRegional Anesthesia Surgery.
Neurosurgical cases (Head & Spine) Postop epidural Postop extremity blocks Epidural steroid for Lumbar Epidural steroid for Cervical Transforaminal (Lumbar & Cervical)
Use of xray guidance in performance of blocks Ventilation mgmt Evaluation & mgmt of acute volume / BP issues.
Central Arterial Line & PA Catheter placement.
Trauma Level : I III
EMR : Cerner
Other Info :
CRNAs are supervised.
Full day orientation; Shadowing 2nd day.
Long term assignment preferred.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements : MT License
BC / BE
BLS ACLS PALS
