Epic Virtual training : Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Must be scheduled prior to the providers 1st day to avoid the provider missing their 1st day.
Must complete the EMR questionnaire.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements :
Active CO License or IMLC
BC in OBGYN
DEA (If transferred DEA : must keep the DEA for the duration of the assignment)
Must acknowledge & understand the EMR training requirements.
Must be available for any of the stints in job description.
