Department of Biology College of Arts & Sciences JOB SUMMARY: Adelphi’s Biology department is seeking a qualified individual to teach a Microbiology Laboratory during the Spring 2025 semester (January 23 to May 19, 2025). The class meets from 6-8:30 pm on Tuesdays. RESPONSIBILITIES: This microbiology course is intended for nursing majors (not biology majors). The course covers key principles and techniques in microbiology. A syllabus can be provided. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Applicant(s) must possess a doctoral degree and have a working knowledge of microbiology laboratory techniques. Excellent communication skills and prior teaching experience are especially important.
