Responsibilities
- Assess the therapeutic needs of youth and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports within expected time frames.
- Stay updated on the latest treatment modalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with educational personnel, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in school and community activities as requested.
- Provide clinical consultation and support to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures of Adelphoi Education and other oversight entities.
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families is preferred.
- Working toward or currently holds an LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT PA license
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass credentialing, including physical examination and background checks.
