- Associate's degree or accounting diploma and experience with administering contracts.
- The ability to demonstrate attention to detail in setting up contacts in various systems.
- Proficiency in contract or billing software and adherence to established work processes.
- Review contracts and service agreements to ensure that they are tracked and entered into systems that automate administration.
- Audit and maintain customer rates for billing accuracy, review invoices and ensure they comply with contract terms, and reconcile billing discrepancies with clients.
- Maintain industry certifications, insurance verifications, expiration dates, and service rates so company cash flow matches contract expectations.
