Our new hires participate in a two-week, daylight, paid training program. Once training and clearances are complete, you will transition to our Highland Detention facility in Allegheny County, with travel costs covered during this period.

As a Detention Counselor, you will work alongside the juvenile justice system, including courts, police, and service providers, to maintain a safe, secure environment for youth. What You Bring
- A minimum of 60 college credits.
- Preferred experience in juvenile justice, congregate care, or youth-focused roles.
- Ability to pass a company-paid physical and obtain required clearances.
