- Independent Scheduling with Families to Meet Specific Needs
- Provide clinical, in-home treatment using the MST treatment model and principles.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of clients and families to conceptualize the behaviors/strengths.
- Engage parents/guardians/key participants in active, change-oriented treatment.
- Educate, coach, and train parents/guardians/key participants.
- Link families with school representatives, agencies, community organizations, etc. to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and provide services.
- Model self-advocacy and assertive communication skills.
- Participate in weekly case planning/evaluation with supportive MST supervisor and team
- Receive regular training, professional development, quality assurance, supervision, and consultation to help determine next steps and processes with each family.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree: Social Work, Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, Social Service field
- Prior experience with family/youth therapy, cognitive/behavioral approaches preferred.
- FBI and Act 33 & 34 Clearances (assistance provided by Adelphoi to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
