- Growing MST teams in Washington, Greene, Fayette, Indiana, Armstrong, Westmoreland, Cambria, Somerset, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Cumberland, & Columbia counties*
- Starting Salaries of $50,000 - $63,000 (based on Bachelor/Masters degree and experience) Monthly Bonuses adding an avg. of $5,500 a year
- Promotions within the MST therapist roles and Adelphoi

- Small Caseloads (4-6 youth) for focused, effective treatment
- Free Licensure Supervision hours from roles within the MST program
- Extensive Training and Supervision with ongoing professional development

- Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths
- Engages primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations
- Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning
