Full-Time Salary: $53,000 yearly starting based on experience

You Can Expect to:
- Conducts weekly consultations with MST teams to review cases and effectiveness of delivery, while ensuring fidelity to the model.
- Uses MSTI data and reports to trend the effectiveness of model delivery.
- Completes program implementation reports and quality reviews in collaboration with program leadership, identifying areas of opportunity and needed interventions.
- Works with MST therapists and supervisors on skill development plans and monitoring of progress.
- Delivers a portion of the MST training to new therapists in the form of orientation training.
- Develops and delivers quarterly team and supervisory training to MST provider agencies.
- Participates in initial program development activities of new teams.
- Develops a general understanding of regulatory practices required of each MST program and agency.
- Provides presentations and educational material in support of the advancement of MST to professional bodies.
- Develops relationships with key stakeholders who have a direct impact on the program operations and fidelity.
- Interacts regularly with MST’s national association to remain current on model aspects and expectations.
Adelphoi Requires:
- Master’s degree: Social Work, Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, Social Service field
- Prior experience with family/youth therapy, and cognitive/behavioral approaches preferred.
- FBI and Act 33 & 34 Clearances (assistance provided by Adelphoi to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
