Training Support Specialist
The full time Training Support Specialist position is available in the implementation of Adelphoi Village training for employees. The Training Support Specialist will assist the Training Coordinator. This position also plays an integral role assisting in the ongoing professional development of staff.
- Supports compliance and behavioral training by administering processes and classes required by the organization to maintain regulatory compliance across various service lines.
- Under immediate supervision updates course material and administers processes necessary to sustain required learning for employees involved with youth in residential or community-based settings.
- Trains employees in various programs, assists with classroom and material and validates completion of requirements.
- Makes copies, updates systems, ensures classroom technology and materials are appropriate for the setting.
Bachelor's Degree in a field that supports adult learning or service lines of the organization.
