The Respiratory Therapy (RT) Assistant is responsible for assisting the Respiratory and Cardiopulmonary departments with patient care both directly and indirectly. The RT Assistant performs a variety of duties related to expediting patients throughout the department and hospital as needed. Duties may include but are not limited to equipment patient preparation, order verification & clarification, scheduling, ordering and stocking of supplies. This position has access to confidential information.
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED. Enrolled in, and in good standing in a formal Respiratory Care Program.
