The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines or unique, hard-to-fill requests. The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner collaborates with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives. An effective Senior Talent Sourcing Partner can perform research for Critical, Difficult, Visible positions, apply creative search and engagement techniques, as well as assess candidate qualifications via screening.
Required Educational Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field; or 7 years of experience within Talent Acquisition
Credentials and Licenses: Professional recruitment industry-specific certification
Required Experience: Minimum 3-plus years of experience in a solely outbound recruitment or sourcing role
