What are the responsibilities and job description for the X/Ray/CT Technologist (10% - Casual) Adena Fayette position at Adena Health?
The X-ray/CT Technologist operates complex equipment to produce high quality cross sectional anatomy scans. This individual collaborates with the Radiologist, the Supervisor and the staff in developing, implementing and evaluating department procedures and protocols. This position has direct patient care, access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with the radiologist, the supervisor and the staff. This individual works under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Supervisor. Reg X-ray Technologist who will also perform CT. Willing to cross train in CT. This position is a variable 4 10's position with rotating every 6th weekend. Some independent work is required. CT experience preferred but can cross train if need to.
Required/Preferred Education:
Required RRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License - Basic Life Support
Some experience preferred in CT but we are willing to cross train.
