Job Title : Staff Nurse, RN
Job Specialty : Registered Nurse

Shift : Nights 7p-7a
Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week
Experience : Minimum 1 year
License : Registered Nurse
Certifications : As required by the role
Must-Have : Experience with EPIC EMR
Job Description :
- Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care.
- Foster an environment that supports the mission to care, to heal, and to educate.
- Serve as the primary caregiver, delivering direct patient care.
- Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and patients / families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Access and handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Make independent and collaborative decisions regarding patient care.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Be adaptable to float to similar units and possibly other locations as needed.
- Commit to working every other weekend.
- Provide holiday coverage as required.
