Role Description
Aderant is looking for a Tradeshow Events Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of Aderant's third-party tradeshows and sponsorships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Events, this role will amplify Aderant's presence at industry events, deepen our brand awareness with customers and prospects, ensure alignment with business goals, and maximize tradeshow return on investment.
This position will work closely with Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Design teams, ensuring adherence to brand standards and streamlined communication. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sponsorship negotiations, logistics, budgeting, lead capture, and event reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience.
- 3 years of experience in tradeshow or event management, focusing on sponsorships and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Marketing Event-related tools such as lead capture and analytics platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Cvent.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing sponsorships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including weekends, as needed.
