Role Description
The Workday HRIS Specialist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of the HRIS system. This role involves system administration, data management, reporting, and providing technical support to HR staff and end-users. The HRIS Specialist collaborates closely with HR leaders, IT professionals, and external vendors to maintain and enhance HRIS functionality to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in HRIS administration, preferably with specific experience in Workday.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS software, including system configuration, data management, and report generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to support decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
