As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Representative who can drive business development and build lasting client relationships. What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries like sports, hospitality, retail, and cultural venues.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, developers, and business owners.
- Present ADERASSA’s services, emphasizing our expertise in technology integration and visitor experience design.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to align client needs with our service offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing long-term partnerships.

- Understanding of our key sectors (sports venues, hotels, retail, and entertainment) is a strong advantage.
Who you are
- 2 years of sales experience managing a book of business, sourcing new accounts, and converting clients into long-term business partners.
- Passionate about delivering effective, cost-efficient services and solutions that produce satisfying results for our clients.
- Self-starter with strong-time management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation:
- The role is initially 100% commission-based, with earning potential directly tied to your performance.
- However, this position is designed to quickly evolve into a base salary commission structure as you demonstrate strong performance and contribute to the company's success, offering a more stable and rewarding opportunity over time.
